The whole experience was totally stress free, we knew you had everything in hand and I have to say, the whole team at the Vermont are truly outstanding. Please could you also thank the concierge who were just amazing, they helped me so much during my stay (even when I locked myself out of my room in my pyjamas 😂😂). There is nothing I would change, our guests were bowled over by the venue and the friendliness and service they all received.
